Welcome to Coffee Collective.
This is a low-pressure, welcoming space for people who value meaningful conversation, curiosity, and genuine community. We gather to share a coffee, enjoy relaxed discussions, and meet new people—without the pressure to perform, network, or judge. Whether you thrive in deep conversations, prefer listening, or simply enjoy being around good company, you are welcome here. This group is explicitly inclusive and neurodivergent-friendly. We move at a relaxed pace, prioritizing active listening, mutual respect, and authentic connection.
What We Do:
- ☕ Coffee & Conversation: Meeting at local cafes for relaxed chats.
- 📖 Shared Interests: Discussing books, ideas, or interesting topics.
- 🧗 Climbing! Many of us like to climb things. Some of us are even good at it.
- 🌿 Low-Key Outings: Taking casual walks and exploring local spots.
- 🗣️ Unstructured Time: Talking about what matters—though quiet company and silence are perfectly fine, too.

Our Agreements:
- We have a clear photo and real first name: We want everyone to feel safe at our events. For member safety and smooth event logistics we agree to make sure our profiles have a real first name and a clear, recognizable photo of our entire face.
- We keep our RSVPs up to date: We agree to keep our RSVPs up to date, so that if our plans change one of our friends on the waitlist can attend.
- We only attend events if we're marked as "going": We agree to respect the Meetup attendees list, and we do not attempt to attend Coffee Collective events unless we are marked as "going". We do not attempt to attend Coffee Collective events if we are only on the waitlist.
- Regulars have priority: Regular members who follow our agreements and show up thoughtfully at our events are the center of our community. They will be promoted from the waitlist to "going" whenever possible.
