Build a 60-second pitch in one evening, then say it out loud to a small, friendly room. After First Pour in October, this is our next online Coffee Pitch™ room.
How the evening runs
I’m Peter, your Pitch Barista™. I’ll open with what makes a good pitch: one rule and four beats, and why the order matters. Then you build your own with CC, our AI coach, which asks the questions and works only from what you tell it. Then we split into breakout rooms of 4 or 5, and everyone gets their sixty seconds. Nobody’s skipped.
If there’s time at the end, there’s a second round for fun: your pitch as your favourite character, a pirate for example. Entirely optional.
The room rule: if you’re in the room, you pitch. Nobody just watches. It’s a lot less scary than it sounds, and everyone else is doing the same.
What you leave with
Your pitch, written down and said out loud at least once. And a few people who now know exactly what you’re after.
What to bring

  • A laptop or a phone with a browser: you’ll be on the call and in the app at the same time. Two windows or a second device works best.
  • An email address, so your pitch is still there tomorrow.

When
Tuesday 10 November, 6:30 pm Sydney and Melbourne time (5:30 pm in Queensland). About [60 to 90] minutes.
The joining link is on this page once you RSVP, and in your reminder. RSVP so I know how many breakout rooms to set up.
This room is free. The coffee’s on me; you’ll have to make it yourself, though.
