Yoyogi Park is a well-known landmark. While it may seem lively at first glance, it also holds tranquil pockets filled with nature. In this special setting, let’s embrace the refreshing May breeze, share a craft drink, and enjoy meaningful connections over a relaxed picnic.

Date & Time: Sunday, May 25, 2025 | 14:00 PM - 16:00 PM
Meeting Spot: 14:00 PM at Café Mori no Terrace
Admission Fee: Returning participants: ¥800, First-time group participants: ¥1,300
*Includes one drink: You can choose between craft ginger ale or single origin coffee, equipment costs, and meetup maintenance fee.
*Rain Plan: If it rains, the event will be held in a private room, a 5-minute walk from Nagahara Station on the Ikegami Line

Must-have items:
- Own glass or mug
- For ginger ale: A bottle of carbonated water (350ml - 2L)
-For coffee: A bottle of natural water (350ml - 2L)

Optional items
- Picnic mats, tarps, picnic-friendly gear, snacks, own trash bag and a smile🌼

Provided by Organizer
- Handmade craft ginger ale, single-origin coffee, ice, coffee brewing equipment
- Large blue tarps ×3

Important Notes
- If you cannot attend, please update your RSVP promptly so others can take your spot.
- Please take your own trash home with you🙂
- We strive to host environmentally friendly events, so please avoid using disposable plates and cups🌲

誰もが知る 代々木公園は一見賑やかですが、実は静かで自然に溢れた場所があります。このとっておきのスポットで、5月の爽やかな風を感じながら、共通のクラフトドリンクを片手に、合流やピクニックを楽しみましょう

開催日時　2025年5月25日（日）14:00PM～16:00PM
集合場所　14:00PM CAFÉ 杜のテラス
参加費　二回目以降の参加者 ￥800、グループ初参加者 1300円
*ラフトジンジャエールまたはコーヒー付、用具代とmeetup維持費が含まれます:)
*雨天時は池上線長原駅から徒歩5分の場所にあるプライベートルームで開催します。

必須の持ち物

• マイグラスかマイマグ
• ジンジャエールの方は炭酸水ペットボトル一本 （350ml~2L)
• コーヒーの方は天然水 ペットボトル1本（350ml~2L）

その他の持ち物
ブルーシート、ピクニックが楽しくなる道具、おやつ、ごみ袋、笑顔🌼

-やむおえず参加ができなくなった場合は、ほかの参加希望者に席を譲るために、速やかに参加表明を更新してください。
-ご自身のごみはご自身でお持ち帰りください🙂
-私たちは環境に配慮したイベントを主催していますので、使い捨ての紙皿やコップの使用は避けてください🌲
