What we’re about

Inspired by London's 17th Century coffeehouses, where artists, creatives and intellectuals met, we present The Coffeehouse.

So much more than a book club, it's a space to gather, share ideas, engage in lively debate, and build connections over a steaming cup of coffee*.

We enjoy, and apply a book-club-style, to books, podcasts, articles, TED Talks, ideas... anything that inspires hearts and minds. With topics ranging from the future of work to equality, from technology to art, from culture to philosophy, we keep things interesting.

A warm and inclusive environment, away from today's fast-paced world, is designed to encourage interaction and engagement. We welcome people from all walks of life, and diverse backgrounds.

The Coffeehouse is more than just a place to talk; it's also a community. We encourage our members to get to know each other and to build connections beyond our meetings. Whether you're looking to make new friends or to expand your professional network, our club provides the perfect opportunity to connect with others who share your interests.

If you're aged 20 to 45 and looking for a place to connect with others and explore new ideas, we invite you to join the Coffeehouse. With our welcoming atmosphere, engaging conversations, and opportunities for personal growth and development, we're confident that you'll find a home here.

Grab a coffee*, and join the conversation!

[ * choice of beverage is entirely up to you, whether coffee, tea, hot chocolate, home brewed gin, water, or over-the-top cocktail ]

IMPORTANT NOTE ON CONDUCT
This space aims to be inclusive, tolerant, and safe for everybody. Messaging other members without reason, being creepy, acting entitled, and generally being a 'Richard Head' won't be tolerated.
