Known as the most stylish countryside closest to the city, it has attracted many newcomers from urban areas.
This day trip offers a chance to savor local food, explore Uenohara, and enjoy a hands-on coffee roasting experience at Sanjuunichi Coffee, set in a historic farmhouse🌲🏠

Participation Fee: This event requires advance payment.
- ¥3,000 – Returning event participant (Wild)
- ¥3,500 – First-time attendees (Includes a ¥500 group entrance fee)
*Coffee roasting, tasting, and shuttle service to the roastery are included. Food and drink costs are not covered.
What You’ll Experience 🤝
- Coffee roasting using the Aillio Bullet R1 V2, a world-renowned professional roasting machine
- Coffee tasting after roasting
- Local food experience, featuring craft sausages, hōtō noodles, cafés, and sake manju
- Walking tour in Uenohara, either city streets or scenic countryside trails
- A chance to connect with fellow coffee enthusiasts and locals
Tentative Schedule
9:50 AM - Meet at Uenohara Station North Exit
10:00 AM - Uenohara walking tour (about 3 km)
11:00 AM - Lunch at a local restaurant
1:00 PM - Coffee roasting experience at Misoka Coffee
3:00 PM - Roasting session ends
3:30 PM - Countryside walk or visit to local cafés
5:00 PM - Return to Uenohara Station (Tokyo-bound train departs at 5:25 PM)
*If we have time, let's stop by a local supermarket to pick up some souvenirs.

この日帰りトリップでは、地元ならではのローカルフードを堪能し、上野原の町歩きを楽しみながら、
築300年の古民家に佇む「三十日珈琲」で本格的なコーヒー焙煎体験を満喫します🌲🏠
