Escape the hustle and bustle of the city and experience the moment when fragrant coffee comes to life in a 300-year-old traditional farmhouse. Just an hour from Tokyo, Uenohara, Yamanashi, is a beautiful town where rich nature and historical streets blend seamlessly.
Known as the most stylish countryside closest to the city, it has attracted many newcomers from urban areas.
This day trip offers a chance to savor local food, explore Uenohara, and enjoy a hands-on coffee roasting experience at Misoka Coffee, set in a historic farmhouse🌲🏠

Participation Fee: This event requires advance payment.
- ¥4,000 – Returning event participant (Wild)
- ¥4,500 – First-time attendees (Includes a ¥500 group entrance fee)
- Includes roasting, tasting, sake manju, sweets, Transport from Uenohara Station to the roastery, and meetup fee. Roasted beans to take home. Lunch not included.
What You’ll Experience 🤝
- Coffee roasting using the Aillio Bullet R1 V2, a world-renowned professional roasting machine
- Coffee tasting after roasting
- Local food experience, featuring craft sausages, Hōtō, sake manju (steamed sake buns) taste-testing, and more!
- Walking tour in Uenohara, either city streets or scenic countryside trails
- Connect with locals, travelers, expats, and people from diverse backgrounds
Tentative Schedule
9:50 AM - Meet at Uenohara Station North Exit
10:00 AM - Uenohara walking tour (about 3 km)
11:00 AM - Lunch at a local restaurant
1:00 PM - Coffee roasting experience at Misoka Coffee
3:00 PM - Roasting session ends
3:30 PM - Countryside walk or visit to local cafés
5:00 PM - Return to Uenohara Station (Tokyo-bound train departs at 5:25 PM)
- If we have time, let's stop by a local supermarket to pick up some souvenirs.

東京から約1時間。山梨県上野原市は、豊かな自然と歴史ある街並みが調和する、美しい町です。都内からの移住者も多く、都会に最も近い、おしゃれな田舎として親しまれています。
この日帰りトリップでは、地元ならではのローカルフードを堪能し、上野原の町歩きを楽しみながら、築300年の古民家に佇む「三十日珈琲」で本格的なコーヒー焙煎体験を満喫します🌲🏠

- 焙煎体験、試飲、酒まんじゅう食べ比べ、スイーツ、上野原駅から焙煎所への送迎、meetup運営費込み。焙煎豆は持ち帰り可能。昼食は含まれません。

5:00PM - 上野原駅で解散 (東京方面行は、17:25PM発)
