Welcome to Cogniflux Open Labs: the new studio-style “brain fitness” experience in Brussels.
In each group session, we train the mental moves behind modern work: focus, cognitive flexibility, and creative thinking. Every Open Lab blends light-to-moderate movement with guided cognitive challenges and a short reset: practical, energizing, and evidence-informed (no fluff).
Expect a structured flow, clean design, and a supportive atmosphere. Bring curiosity, comfortable shoes, and a willingness to be challenged.

Cogniflux Open Lab
Cloud Seven, Quai du Commerce 7, Bruxelles, BECogniflux Open Labs are studio-style brain fitness sessions: we train the mental moves behind modern work: focus, cognitive flexibility, and creative thinking through a structured blend of light-to-moderate movement, guided cognitive challenges, and a short reset.
This is practical, energizing, and evidence-informed (no fluff). Expect a clean flow, supportive vibe, and just the right level of challenge.
What you’ll do (100 min)
- Pre-session baseline: a quick set of short tasks to capture your starting point.
- Brain–body drills: light movement + fast-thinking challenges (react to cues, adapt to changing rules, coordinate body and attention).
- Creative sprint: rapid idea-generation where you build options on others’ ideas in a low-stakes format.
- Post-session check: a brief repeat of earlier tasks to make the before/after tangible and track progress over time.
- Mindful reset: a short guided reset to let effort settle and leave in a steadier state.
Who it's for
AI is now built into how we work. And when tools help with searching, planning, and first drafts, we can end up practising our own thinking less. Cogniflux is for curious professionals, creatives, founders, and students who want a mind that works alongside the tool, not replaced by it.
No prior experience needed. Movement is light-to-moderate and adaptable.
