Learn simple practices to help you de-stress and align with nature's impulse to shift from
winter's internal mode to spring's awakening. Practices will include Self-Healing Massage (An
Mo Gong), acupressure points, and simple Qigong movements and meditations that awaken
and gently cleanse the body from winter's stillness, reset your nervous system,
strengthen your core, align your spine, and calm and brighten your mind. Beginners are
welcome in this all-levels class. Unwind, have fun, and learn simple ways to find and maintain your center.
