This is an all-levels, drop-in class.

  • We'll include practices from several forms and traditions of Qigong and Daoyin.
  • Find more information on the forms I teach here, including Wild Goose (Dayan), Taiji Wuxigong (Silk Reeling), Wuji (Primordial), An Mo Gong (Self-Healing Massage), Xi Sui Jing (Bone Marrow Cleansing), Ba Duan Jin (Eight Brocades), and many more.
  • Build vitality by aligning with nature's rhythms of ebb and flow on macro (seasonal) and micro (breath-to-breath, inhale-to-exhale) levels.
  • Learn how to work with the "physics" of Qi—the interplay of Yin and Yang and of the Five Phases (AKA five elements).
  • Learn how to use acupoints, meridians, breath, alignment, and movement to feel grounded, clear, balanced, and inspired.
  • Build community, and make new friends! :)

Class is $15

Meet us by the rose garden

  • We will practice under the covered shelter on rainy days.
  • Class will continue at Squaxin as long as it's warm enough, and then we will shift to an inside space.

Stay tuned for workshops in which you'll learn specific forms and concepts. You can also practice with me online on Mondays at 4p.
