In this free online class of about 2 hours, you can experience how I teach Experiential Focusing, a gentle way of listening to what you sense but can’t yet put into words: with nervous-system regulation in every session, and many avenues of sensing and expression (silence, words, movement, drawing, writing or music, among others).

The class is designed for different profiles (for example, high sensitivity, neurodivergence, trauma and overwhelm). It’s trauma-sensitive: we start from whatever helps you feel safe and supported, in your own way and at your own pace.

And it’s neurodiversity-affirming: differences in how you sense, process and express are welcome as they are. You can move, doodle, switch your camera off or use the chat whenever you need to, and you never have to share anything personal. No previous experience is needed. It’s a training class, not psychotherapy.

It’s a shorter version of a real class: welcoming the participants, a lead-in (a nervous-system regulation practice), a check-in, a presentation where I introduce Experiential Focusing, my approach and the course, a moment for questions, a short practice in pairs, and sharing.
