7:40 – 8:10 PM – Talk 2🧠 John Wilson: Enabling teams to reduce intrinsic cognitive load through deliberately practicing tacit technical skills… why Agile Coach isn’t always a bulls**t job.

John has spent the last 18 years in various individual contributor and leadership roles in software engineering. He is currently a Senior Agile Coach at Booking.com and advocate of Extreme Programming. He believes that anything worth doing is worth doing continuously.
