• Kältetrainingsinstruktoren mit Zertifikat sind NICHT bei diesem Event dabei. Bitte beachtet, dass ihr als Gruppe untereinander verantwortlich seid für mögliche Unfälle. Also schaut gut zueinander.

Der Treffpunkt ist beim Badieingang Mythenquai.

Ablauf: Ankommen, umziehen, ins Wasser, Spass haben, raus, aufwärmen, fertig :) 💦

Der übliche rechtliche Hinweis:
die Teilnahme erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr und Verantwortung. Teilnehmer bestätigen durch ihre Anmeldung, dass sie körperlich und geistig gesund sind, um an diesem Event teilzunehmen. Alkoholisierte Teilnehmer sind von der Teilnahme ausgeschlossen.

Description:
This community event is for all the cold enthusiast that want to have a good time and good company while going into the lake throughout the winter.

The meeting point is at the entrance to the badi.

Procedure: arrive, move, into the water, have fun, get out, warm up, be good. :) 💦
