Collab is part art salon, part creative mixer, part idea incubator. For 20 years, it’s been an event where thousands of artists, entrepreneurs, makers, and curious minds come together to connect, collaborate, and spark what’s next.
Expect a room full of:
Artists - Designers - Performers - Filmmakers - Builders - Entrepreneurs - Musicians - Founders - Creative Technologists - Mad Scientists... And people doing things that don’t fit in a box.
Every month (Second Tuesday) we have live artists, guest speakers, performers, music, free wine and sodas, great cuisine and 100 or so of LA's most interesting creatives in one amazing DTLA area location for a night of networking, inspiration, and creation.
With our related MakerSpace (the Collab MakerSpace,) 4000 sq ft photo and film production spots (Dystopian Studios I and II,) workshops and classes, and numerous smaller events, screenings and parties, Collab is an entire creative ecosystem waiting for you! It's perfect for creative wallflowers, social butterflies and everyone in between because Collab is designed to be easy to walk into - even solo.
People are open, curious, and actually talk to each other here!
And as it's been for 20 years, we still only ask for a $5 donation to help keep the lights on. If you're looking for something over priced and snobby, Collab isn't for you.
