Our process for Meetup Collaberex Members:

RSVP and attend one of our self-development events for free. If you want to attend one more event to get more information so you can determine if this community feels right to you, that's ok (we’re easy that way).

After your first or second meeting - Collaberex month to month membership, $225 / month membership is required. This membership is cancelable at any time.

After your 1st 30 days, if you attend at least two other events, we will refund 100% of your membership fee, unless you decide you want to continue on a month to month basis.

This is not a conference, it’s a retreat. Think of it as a time to unplug, recharge and deeply connect with others (and nature) while participating in transformational personal development, intimate workshops, plus boating, pickleball, go carts, bumper cars and campfires.

- Sunday Sept. 28th: Room checkin is at 4pm, but arrive as early as you like and use all the resort activities. Welcome group activities.
- Monday Sept. 29th: Yoga / Stretch / Medication, 3 sets of workshops to choose from, Tai Chi, Resort time, Evening campfire & activities.
- Tuesday Sept. 30th: Yoga / Stretch / Mediation, group resort activities, checkout at 12pm, but stay as long as you want to use the resort.
Accommodations: https://woodlochmeetings.com/resort/ (click the Pines tab and scroll down to accommodations). 6 BR luxury homes each room with a private bath. Couples assigned a “master” bedroom with a king bed. Single occupancy gets a king or queen bed.
Pricing: Includes 2 nights lodging, (including all taxes & fees) and all 6 meals and all activities, workshops, etc. Prices are listed for single occupancy. For double occupancy take 15% of each individuals price.

We will watch Amanda Palmer’s famous presentation on how her life as an artist is based on asking for help.
Then, we will share in small groups about moments when we’ve asked for help, and moments when we didn’t but we should have.
