Join us in a 1 hour Tapping Session lead by Jennifer Reefe, a global expert in EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques). Tapping is a technique that combines acupressure with talk therapy. It involves stimulating meridian points on the body, similar to acupressure or acupuncture, while focusing on a specific problem. Some of the many benefits are:
