Our brains respond in different ways to different situations. These responses are different parts of our brains springing in to action to deal with the situation that part is specialised to deal with. A clear example of this is the Inner Critic. Its speciality is to protect you from harming yourself. Getting to know your parts and the roles they play will produce greater clarity and choice in your life. In this session we will dip our toes into the rich field of getting to know our inner parts.
