Non Violent Communication is a unique combination of insights and tools that support understanding of why we communicate in the ways we do and the pervasive influence of our emotional state.
Todays session will look at a video, where the creator of NVC, Marshall Rosenberg, describes in detail how a persistent 39 year conflict in a marriage was resolved.
We will have a closer look at the behavioral aspects sustaining the conflict for this time and how they are clarified and resolved using some of the skills found in NVC.
There will be small and whole group discussions around the topic, during the session, to support your learning.

The Hall opens at about 9.45 for a 10 am start.
