In this meeting we’ll share our thoughts about how collapse is unfolding in real time, and then focus on the pros and cons of geoengineering.
Geoengineering (aka climate engineering) describes the use of technology to remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and/or to reflect incoming sunlight in order to reduce the effects of global warming.
We’ll discuss two articles:

As with so many issues these days, there are strong feelings on both sides about this issue. Are the risks worth it? Is it a distraction from what really needs to be done – “degrowth” to power down our carbon-based civilization? On the other hand, do we dare not try it?
