Sacred Inquiry: Dissolving Fear-Based Narratives with Awakened Insight

Details

When frustration, sadness, or restlessness bubbles up, it's easy to dismiss it as just a "bad day." But what if those moments are actually nudging us toward something deeper? Often, they're signals--pointing to old, unseen stories we've internalized about who we are or how the world works. These stories quietly shape how we interpret life, influence our choices, and even steer the outcomes we experience.

In this group, we'll explore how to gently uncover and question these deep-seated patterns. Not to judge or erase them, but to understand how they've subtly guided us--and how they might be keeping us tethered to fear-based reactions rather than grounded in openness and clarity. Through honest dialogue and shared curiosity, we'll practice supporting each other in spotting these unconscious habits and softening their hold.

Think of this as a space to trade quick fixes for meaningful inquiry. We'll focus on practical reflection, not perfection, as we learn to recognize when we're acting from old scripts (instead of the present moment) and how to cultivate responses rooted in self-awareness and compassion. No expertise needed--just a willingness to show up, explore, and grow alongside others.

Disclaimer: While I'm all for plans, I humbly reserve the right to pivot toward whatever the moment deems way more interesting, urgent, or delightfully unexpected. Consider this a gentle heads-up that inspiration, curiosity, or the sudden need to chase metaphorical fireflies may occasionally hijack the itinerary.

Important: Arrive early. The event will begin promptly at 6:00pm. Those arriving late will not be let into the room. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
