Hi Parents! I'm bringing together investors, biz friends, college advising parents/teens interested in enjoying one of the most fun races of the year - Santa Run in Pacific Beach.

This ain't your average Santa Run... it's a Santa STROLL!

Bring your family and join some driven friends (INVESTORS, TECH, BIZ, ENGINEERS, CONSULTANTS, COLLEGE ADVISORS, AGENTS, LENDERS, FLIPPERS, AI, MOBILE HOME PARK INVESTORS, SHORT, MID, AND LONG-TERM INVESTORS, AND MORE) for a chill walk with epic holiday vibes.

Date: Sat. Dec. 14th
Time: 7 am pre-coffee meet at La Clochette, 8-12 pm race/parade/brekkie

La Clochette is at 4680 Cass St, San Diego, CA 92109
Race is infront of Mavericks, 860 Garnet Ave. Pacific Beach CA 92109
Parking: On street and residential - abide by signs...might have to pay if close/on Garnet (starts at 8 am FYI) CAREFUL! You'll for sure get a ticket if your time runs out. I recommend a few blocks inland away from signs (free).

Agenda:

• 7 am = Pre-Coffee Crew: Meet at La Clochette
• 4680 Cass St, San Diego, CA 92109
• ☕️ Group pics, biz talk, and caffeine fix.
• 8 am-10 am race at 980 Garnet Ave, Pacific Beach San Diego 92109
• Sock Game Strong: Flex crazy holiday socks and rock any hat screaming "holiday cheer!"
• Chill Vibes Walk: Skip the competitive stuff - we're strolling, not sprinting. (But props to the speed demons!)
• Post-Race Fun: After crushing the walk, grab brunch, watch the parade, and chill with the crew.
• Heads Up: Ditch the Santa shorts - they're hot AF. Wear comfy athletic gear.
• Onesies are welcome, but it gets toasty after a bit.
• Dogs are welcome in their own festive race, but be mindful of crowds.
• Bring your fam and friends for a day of holiday fun!
• If you are a 'runner' - feel free to join us for the 7 am meet and greet, then 7:45 am head to the 'race.' We'll cheer you on while we stroll/walk.

7-7:45 am La Clochette Coffee location - 4680 Cass St, San Diego, CA 92109. Please look for pink or black holiday hat (haven't decided which one yet) and pink hair and pink running shoes. Might be wearing pink shorts too...we'll see!
