College Students 🧠🧘 for Health is a group for young adults navigating college life. Our goal is to provide useful tools for healthy living amidst the demands of young adulthood.

Cramming for exams,
navigating new (and communal) living situations,

developing effective study skills,
taking ownership of schedules + sleep patterns + nutrition + exercise + health efforts,
and exploring oneself beyond the container of childhood…

This group is led by Amy Rena Erickson, MA, MBA, E-RYT, PhD-C. Amy resides in Saint Paul and is a doctoral candidate researching the mind-body connection. Amy is a psychologist, researcher, and advocate for health in mind, body, and faith.

Join me on an intentional pursuit of S L O W. It is in the slow-down that we tend to find greater ease, a newfound ability to be more intentional with our responses and reactions, and an overall boost in mental wellbeing. Meditation is a great tool for slowing the scene of life.
