Sea Shanty Singing at the William Morris pub

Every first Thursday of the month we perform at the picturesque William Morris pub on the Rover Wandle in Merton Abbey Mills.
Entry to the William Moors pub is free on the Thursdays we perform there, and house drinks are half price until 8pm. The manager, Kit, is keen on building up the number of chorus singers who come in every month to join in the singing and have a bit of fun.
So, if you want to take a guest, and want a guaranteed evening of fun at a guaranteed cost, the pub is now offering a deal which will get you entry to two and half hours of us singing live shanty songs, the loan of a chorus book (so you can join in singing the choruses), a main course of food cooked in the pub's own kitchen (which I know, having eaten there several times, is good quality, particularly their Gourmet beef burger and chips). You will get two house drinks, such as two glasses of wine or two pints of real ale as well as a main course hot meal, with a vegan and vegetarian option for £15 each

We start to play at 7pm, and we perform three sets. We finish at about 9.45pm, unless we get a lot of requests. We have a repertoire of about sixty songs, and take requests from this list
