Start 2024 off right with this unique 4-week trauma processing experience!
About the Experience
Each week for 4 weeks, participants will engage in an intense journaling exercise that has been proven by more than 200 peer-reviewed studies to improve mental and physical health. The journaling will be followed by a gentle Yin yoga practice to stretch the facia and massage internal organs, release tension and old programming from the body. We will complete the practice with a solfeggio savasana to rest and restore the nervous system.
***PARTICIPANTS MUST BE ABLE TO ATTEND ALL 4 SESSIONS***
About Justine
Justine is a Culture & Mindset professional with more than 15 years of experience designing and implementing engaging learning experiences that develop self-awareness, interpersonal effectiveness and leadership skills. Justine has a M.S. in Leadership and Organizational Development from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and a B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at Austin.
About Berlin
Berlin is a certified Kundalini and Yin yoga instructor specializing in the bioenergetic connection between mind, body and self. Her psychodynamic approach to yoga draws on graduate studies in psychology, physiology and culture.
