With the move to Cloud, modern Atlassian Admin have more responsibilities than just managing project configurations and keeping up with product changes. As true jacks-of-all-trades, we now need to master an ever-growing ecosystem of Atlassian Apps, act as teamwork facilitators, consult both tech and business teams and increasingly understand the impact of AI. What will the Atlassian teams look like in the future? What are the biggest challenges ahead? And what should we even call ourselves if “Admin” no longer covers what we do?
