... Angular is a platform! Angular's shift away from direct DOM access, allows for using it to build apps on all sorts of platforms. Desktop apps, fully native mobile apps and even microcontrollers can all be developed for with Angular.
In this session, we'll develop a web app, a fully native mobile app and an IoT-app all based on Angular and a similar code base. You'll learn how to share code between these platforms and how you should design your architecture to build such robust Angular applications.
Due to the fun technologies involved this will be a playful session. But mind you, you'll learn a lot of good practices for your Angular based web development and you'll gain a deep understanding of the philosophy behind the Angular framework.

Since the appearance of React on the stage of web development, it became increasingly clear that there are huge benefits to gain from using a one-way-databinding. Due to this way of handling changes in state, however, forms are notoriously labor intensive. At least if they are bigger and more complex than the infamous todo-list app. In this talk I will shortly outline some of the challenges we at heartbeat had to overcome in order to efficiently create dozens of complex forms. In the second part, I will show the solutions we found during this journey, how far we are with implementing them and what you can expect to be open-sourced soon.
