This interactive session will guide you through a grounding meditation, gentle yoga, discussions on life transformation, and sharing strategies for flourishing in your life despite these turbulent times.

Whether you are seeking spiritual development or simply looking to connect with like-minded women in a supportive, nonjudgemental, and open environment, this event is designed to help you rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit.

Last month's event was very special, but it has been suggested that we move online so more women can attend. Through the winter we'll be meeting on Zoom and revisit in-person gatherings in the spring. This is a FREE event offered in service of raising each other up as powerful women.
