Berthoud Pass Meadows

Berthoud Pass is still the best accessible backcountry snow. We will ski the meadows and return on Mainline, this time with a bit more snow.

All are welcome. Avi-gear is required. No one skis alone.

Please bring a radio if you have one (not required). Set it to Channel 20 and Interference Eliminator Code 54. There is decent cell service here.

I suggest arriving a bit before 7a - the parking lot fills up fast! Cross the road at 7:25a. We will start skinning/hiking up at 7:30a sharp.

After skiing, we'll meet at Empire's Edge Grill and Coffee Bar in Empire for breakfast.
