Sometimes your body doesn’t need more effort.
It needs space to unwind.
This class is a slow, grounding Yin Yoga practice where we hold gentle postures for a few minutes at a time, allowing the deeper layers of the body to release.
No rushing.
No forcing.
Just letting your system settle.
We’ll bring in sound bowls to help quiet the mind and support that inward shift, along with light Reiki energy work throughout the class to help your nervous system soften.
This isn’t about doing yoga “right.”
It’s about giving your body a chance to come out of stress mode.
Good fit if you:

  • Feel mentally busy or physically tight
  • Are burned out on fast-paced workouts
  • Want something calming but still meaningful

You’ll likely leave feeling slower, clearer, and more at home in your body.
New to yoga or energy work is completely fine.
