The holiday season can be exciting, but it can also bring anxiety — especially for introverts who may feel overwhelmed by social expectations and seasonal activities. Whether you celebrate specific holidays or none at all, stress has a way of showing up. This meet‑up is a chance to talk openly about holiday anxiety and share the personal strategies that help us cope.

We will meet at:

Stanley Marketplace Upstairs common seating area near Unit 38 – Traveling Mercies 2501 Dallas St, Aurora, CO 80010, we will not be eating here
You’re welcome to grab a coffee or something to eat from any of the eateries downstairs before heading up. The upstairs area usually offers quieter seating, making it a comfortable space for conversation.

Limited to 9 people to keep the environment relaxed and low‑pressure.

What We’ll Discuss

  • Holiday season anxiety
  • How stress affects introverts
  • Personal methods we use to manage holiday overwhelm

This is not a therapy session, just a friendly, supportive space to share ideas, experiences, and tips for entertainment and self‑care. For example, one of my own holiday stress relievers is watching my favorite movies alone.
I’ll be wearing a name tag so you can easily find me. I look forward to creating a calm, welcoming space during a busy season.
