It has been a crazy real estate market! First came the Pandemic with some landlords not being able to collect rents. Then rising house prices, rising interest rates, runaway inflation, a bit of uncertainty in the economy, and more. It's quite a dilemma in these unusual times.

What is a landlord to do? Some have decided to get out of the market altogether, while some have buckled down to try and acquire more rentals.
