To set potent intentions for the year to come I am offering a special Qigong set for the Sword. This brings the ability of sword and its power to your Qigong practice. These practices come from the Hidden Immortal sword form and yang style beginning sword form stances done in a gentle Qigong style.

If swords are not accessible or tangible for your space the same practices can be done with sword fingers or a calligraphy paint brush for the same empowering affect.
The Water Element
Water makes all life possible. The Kidneys are the source of all
fluids of the body (esp: sweat, saliva, blood, ect.) and act as a
battery for all the other organs of the body.
Water Qigong movements restore and strengthen the vitality of
the kidneys and bladder organ function.
It is always a gift to share Qigong and practice with others.
