Update: A new law has passed in Utah that requires all UTV operators to complete an online course and print out a certificate. Here's a link to the course:

Please make sure you have made prior arrangements to trailer your machine to the trail heads. Pair up if you can with a friend!
Many of us will be staying at sun outdoors canyonlands gateway campground. You will need to call sun outdoors campground to reserve your sites soon. They do run out of sites. Sun outdoors now takes reservations all year long. You will need to book early if you want a cabin as they go quickly.
Utahraptor state park has recently opened. It was formally "Willow Springs" It is less than a mile north of gateway campground on the same side of the road. The sites are large, and they plan to have electric/water sites, as well as primitive sites. There is a dirt trail that runs parallel to the hwy 191 connecting both sites. The rides that I will be leading are for experienced riders. Rides have yet to be determined, but will require trailering to a trailhead or you must have a registered plated OHV.
DOT CERTIFIED HELMETS ARE REQUIRED ON ALL CQR RIDES. IT IS ALSO STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT ALL RIDERS HAVE A FRS OR GMRS TWO WAY RADIO, FOR SAFETY AND HELP THE GROUP STAY TOGETHER.
