What we’re about

Welcome! This group provides free useful information to first-time homebuyers, current homeowners, and real estate investors. Our administrator panel includes a realtor, mortgage lender, & independent insurance agent. We also feature guest speakers in a wide range of relevant industries.
Attendees are welcome to come and go and are not required to be official members of the group. We meet online over Zoom every other week. Presenters and their topics will be posted at least 2 weeks in advance so attendees can post pertaining questions in advance, which the presenter can research ahead of time and answer at the meetings. Not all questions are guaranteed to be answered, and if the matter is too specific or a personal situation, the administrators/presenters will likely answer the question directly & privately if it’s not generally useful information for the entire group.
If you sign up as a member, we will send you a Meeting Agenda to explain the flow of the meeting and the opportunities for questions from the audience.
