## Let the Season Begin!

Let's celebrate and kick off an awesome new season of skiing and riding!
It's about getting back on the mountain, reconnecting with the group, and starting another great season together.
The early-season terrain will be limited, the runs will be crowded, and the conditions will be... yeah... whatever they are.
We'll make some turns, raise a glass, and celebrate the start of what promises to be an epic season of skiing and riding!

### Carpooling

6:30 AM – Departure
I recommend self-organized carpooling from the Woolly Mammoth Park-n-Ride lot.
Plan to leave the lot by 6:30 AM to arrive at the mountain around 8:30 AM.

### Meeting on the Mountain

8:30 AM – Peak 8 Base Area
We'll meet at the big silver Ullr statue at the base of Peak 8.
Let's gather for a group photo, get everyone together, and head for the lifts!

### Lunch

Time and location TBD
We'll play this one by ear, depending on what's open and where we end up skiing. Ski Hill Grill is a likely option.

### Après-Ski

5:30 PM – Downtown Breckenridge
We'll wrap up opening day with drinks, food, and good company at either The Gold Pan Saloon or Fatty's Pizza, depending on the crowds.
