Hand & Foot canasta

A new Monday event of Hand & Foot Canasta will be starting for those who want to attend an earlier time in the week. This event is for people who already knows how to play this game.

We will start with having 2 tables of 4 (8 total) and then will open up to more if it becomes popular.

If you have decks of cards, please bring them (we generally need 1 deck more than the number of people at a table, so 5 decks for 4 people). The cards will need to have the jokers as we include those in play. If you also have a card shuffler laying around collecting dust, please dust it off and bring it. Make sure there are fresh batteries in them!

This event will take place at the Pikes Peak 21C Library.

FYI: We will now be meeting every Thursday, same time, same place, by popular demand.

Fun, easy to learn card game where you have two hands. One is called your Hand and the other your Foot. You have to play your entire Hand before you can pick up your Foot to play.
You will usually have a partner and cannot go out until your partner has also picked up their foot.
If you are interested in eating, please arrive around 5:15 or 5:30 as the tables are really small for both cards and food.
Please change your rsvp if your plans change, so we know how many will actually be playing.
