What we’re about
Colorado Springs Cycling (CSC) is a non-profit organization founded in 1987 to provide a variety of bicycling activities. We have weekly rides, annual rides, member meetings with educational topics and parties, and training. For non-club rides such as Elephant Rock, we use Meetup to let our members know who is planning to attend so they can carpool and possibly ride together.
If you are not yet a member of CSC, we invite you to join us for one ride. If you have a good time and want to ride with us more, you can visit our website to join the club. Annual dues are $30 for an individual or $50 for a family.

Tour de Latte - Show and Go
E. Fontanero & N. Weber St, 1901 N. Weber St, Colorado Springs, CO, USTour de Latte is a casual ride stopping at different independent coffee houses.
The Tour de Latte is designed as a casual social ride around Colorado Springs on Saturday mornings, each week stopping at a different independent coffee house. It is always a no drop, led social ride, with posting at corners and sweeps designated. During the off-season (October-April), the Latte Ride distance will vary depending on weather and ride participants, but the speed will always be casual (8-10 mph average). If you are interested in riding, please RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
Since it is off-season, I may not always be available to ride. I will post in the comments if I am going, so watch for that. If I am not riding, but you wish to, please download and print a sign-in sheet to have everyone sign before the ride. You can mail or email the sign-in sheet to the address on the form.
- Rides open to the public for their first ride. Join at https://bikesprings.org/join-us.
- Bring your own food, water, spare tube, tire repair kit, etc. .
- Helmets are to be worn whenever you are riding the bike.

Buffalo Lodge Bicycle Resort, 2 El Paso Boulevard, Colorado Springs, CO, USNewcomers are always welcomed for the first ride without paying CSCC membership dues. You will be asked to join if you show up for a second ride. You can join the CSCC at https://bikesprings.org/join-us
Starting Location: Buffalo Lodge Bicycle Resort
Route: https://ridewithgps.com/routes/50194949This is a no-drop group ride catering to riders who enjoy climbing and are looking to find some gratitude with altitude. It is meant to be a "Zone 2" ride which means a low to moderate pace that allows for a conversational effort, where you can talk while riding. For current (and former) competitive cyclists, this would classify as a pure recovery ride (Zone 1). The route will change periodically and add more elevation as the weeks go by. Distance will be somewhere between 25 miles to 30 miles and elevation will range from approximately 3K to 5K. E-assist bikes welcome. There will be short "regroups" throughout to support different level riders and safer fueling.
In order to participate in this event you must read the following in its entirety, read all updates posted in the comments thread, and respond promptly to all direct messages from the ride leader. You must also examine the route via the link for details on distance, surface and elevation profile.
Please arrive early enough to check your bikes ABC’s (air, brakes, chain) so we can roll out on time. You must bring a tire repair kit and spare tube to change a flat. Also a multi tool should be considered. It is your responsibility to have a working bike, dress appropriately for the weather, remain hydrated and to consume enough calories. Helmets must be worn whenever you are riding the bike.
If you plan to ride, please RSVP to let the ride leader and others know you will be there.
NOTE: With uncertain weather patterns, this ride may become a “show-n-go.” The leader will update the Meetup event as soon as possible. The group that does show agrees where to go together. Be prepared with a sign-sheet (download from https://bikesprings.org/Ride-Leader-Information). Instructions for where to send it after the ride are at the bottom of the first page.

The Sunday Social Ride is a casual (8 - 12 mph), no-drop ride with catch-up points along the route. There may be a planned rest stop along the route, but we will have a “sweep” and will regroup as necessary to ensure no rider is left behind. The ride leader will publish a Ride with GPS link to the route the weekend before the ride with a start location. You can download a free version of the app from your phone's app store.
We will ride 10-20 miles depending on weather and road conditions. Unless noted, we will leave from Legacy Plaza off the I-25 and Centennial exit and ride in different directions each week.
