What we’re about

Mindful Connections Mental Health offers a divorce support group. This group allows those individuals who are contemplating divorce, actively going through a divorce, or recovering from divorce. Members will be guided through discussion about commonly experienced events and concerns and the impact they have on emotions, other relationships, and more. Group meetings are facilitated by a mental health counselor with over 10 years' experience working with divorce in individual and couples counseling and 5 years' experience facilitating divorce support groups.

This group is an open group, meaning members may attend as many or as few as they would like and pay per session attended. We recommend regular attendance to ensure a successful group experience.

Each member must register prior to attending their first session in order to obtain information on the next meeting and any changes that may have occurred.

Cost per attended session is $30. This may be paid at the time of service or members may pay ahead for up to 4 sessions.

Members of the same relationship or former relationship may not attend at the same time. To ensure this, we will request the name of the other member simply to ensure a proper screening.
