Is journaling something you know you "should" be doing but you've never quite known how? Want to connect with awesome, reflective people who are hoping to grow and live through their values? Well, you might have found your people.
In our first ever evening session, we will go over the basics of journaling and affirming. Whether you are brand new to journaling or an old pro, you are sure to pick up something to add to your practice.
We will cover:
- what are affirmations
-why they work (grounded in neuroscience)
-how to craft your first affirmations
- a daily journaling process
Please bring a notebook and pen. Trinity Tap Room is being very generous and allowing us to use the space for free! Show your appreciation by ordering a beer or two. We will be at the Tap Room on Forge Rd. in the upstairs meeting room!
