Welcome Salsa & Bachata lovers! My name is Latisha Hardy and it's my purpose to continue to expose dance lovers to opportunities that already exist here in the Springs for Latin and Afro dancing and culture! There is such a big family here and we want to continue to connect people to this amazing community to watch it continue to grow!
Who should be a part of this community?!
- If you LOVE dancing, specifically Salsa (On1 or On2) and/or Bachata!
- You're looking to connect to the community!
- If you're looking for community AND you just moved here!
- You're looking for a more serious and/or fun hobby!
- You already dance Salsa & Bachata and you want to learn more!
Our events vary from small group classes to large group classes, small and large social events, invitations on what the studio does, and opportunities to travel with the studio and teams of the Latisha Hardy Dance & Co Ltd studio and team members! Some classes/events are free but most others come with a some sort of cost.
For instance, if you're interested in studio classes, all first classes are free, but to continue attending would require a membership. Also, there are a couple opportunities for free socials, but you can expect to pay between $15-$20 to attend (industry standard). Occasionally, the studio host free events and we will not be shy to post these opportunities as well!

- We are looking for dedicated teammates who are looking to improve their dancing through performance training!
💃 WHAT WE DO 💃
We train all aspects of dancing:- Mambo/Salsa
- Pachanga
- Son
- Afro/Afro-Cuban Movement
This team is a fusion dance team with the strongest roots in Mambo, Afro-Cuban, Pachanga, and Son. We utilize all techniques to design and create art, and to cross-train the body. This allows us to stay injury free and unique in style. We dance these techniques to ALL types of music.

- The Lady Bosses are an all-inclusive, diverse, strong group of women of all ages and backgrounds training hard to be well-rounded humans and dancers.
- Since beginning our training in 2017, we strive as a team to improve our dancing and make an impact in our community to spread love and strength. The team is split into three teams, therefore all levels are welcome:
- Student Team
- Amateur Team
- Semi-Pro/Competitive Team
- All teams are given a choreography to learn every 1-2 seasons to perform at the end of a season!
- Seasons lasts 6 months!
