~Carpooling: If you’re taking CO-74N from Morrison, meet at the Fort located at http://thefort.com/mapdirections/ Meet at 8:00 AM leave no later than 8:15 AM.
~If you’re taking l-70 to Evergreen Parkway (CO-74S), meet at the Wooly Mammoth Park and Ride, Section JJJ, located at, 18560 U.S. Hwy 40, Golden, CO 80401 Meet at 8:00 and leave no latter than 8:15

~CAUTION: If you're driving I-70 to Evergreen Parkway (CO-74S) Be extra careful driving this stretch of highway. Elk are known to cross this road without any warning. If you see cars slowing down to a halt you can bet it’s a herd of elk crossing the road.

~This hike will be a moderate 4.8-5.0 mile Lasso Loop Hike with a starting elevation of 7,160 ft. and an elevation gain of 1,160 ft. The trails we’ll be hiking will be portions of the Dedisse, Hidden Fawn, Three Sister and Ponderosa trails.

~ The hike begins at the Evergreen Lake Parking Lot close to the entrance/exit on UPPER BEAR LAKE ROAD.
~Dogs are welcomed

~We'll begin the hike from the Evergreen Lake Parking lot, walk along the shoulder of UPPER BEAR LAKE ROAD, past the golf course and onto the Dedisse Trail over the bridge for 1.4 miles before connecting with the HIDDEN FAWN TRAIL. The HIDDEN FAWN TRAIL will connect with the THREE SISTERS TRAIL which will blend into the PONDEROSA TRAIL into the East Parking Lot.

~Once we arrive at the East Parking Lot we'll re-connect with the HIDDEN FAWN TRAIL which will loop back to the Dedisse Trail that will take us back to the Evergreen Lake Parking Lot.
