Join in on an exploration of movement, mindfulness, and embodied awareness through Revelry Yoga.

This special gathering combines a light sacramental experience with an accessible yoga practice to help participants connect more deeply with their bodies, breath, and present-moment awareness. Whether you’re an experienced practitioner or stepping onto the mat for the first time, this space invites you to move at your own pace and honor your personal comfort level.

Together, we’ll cultivate a sense of curiosity, gratitude, and connection as we explore how intentional movement can support reflection, grounding, and inner discovery. The emphasis is not on performance or flexibility, but on listening to the wisdom of your body and meeting yourself exactly where you are.

Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat if you have one, and arrive with an open mind and a willingness to explore.
