Communal Quartz Sound Bath

Lead by a member of our clergy, Oracle Richard, sit with your friends and PACK Members as you close your eyes, find a state of meditation or reflection, and allow yourself to he carried by the hum and resonance of a beautiful quartz sound bath!

Doors will be locked at 6:20pm to preserve the tranquility and meditative container of the space.

If you feel inclined, you are more than welcome to bring:

• A blanket and/or pillow
• Water bottle
• Yoga mat
• Eye mask
• Ear plugs (for those sensitive to sound)
• Anything that helps you feel grounded.

We will allow a few quiet minutes afterward to slowly re-ground before transitioning back amd space will be made for anyone to share part of their experience, though, no one is expected to.
