Mingle Forward at K9 & Coffee

We will start holding and scheduling Mingles more regularly going forward. I'm starting to streamline my endeavors and will be putting more effort into getting regular meetups going here.

I'll want to introduce possible topics to contemplate like off-term redistricting and election voting reform.
