African Children Within the Diaspora

Hello Everyone,

This group meets monthly to discuss various topics from education to mental health within the context of the African household.
In our first meeting on June 30th, we will have a reading from the book "Dear African Parents" by Akpellis X available on Amazon now!
You do not have to get it, but it would be great to read along. We will then discuss multiple experiences within the African home and under African parents and siblings.
At the conclusion, there will be a call to action to move in the best direction for our well-being.
