Functional Java

A discussion of the FunctionalInterface API and lambdas within Java. We will discuss the difference between Java's FunctionalInterfaces and Functional Programming as well as some libraries that provide more robust Functional Programming APIs to Java using FunctionalInterfaces and lambdas.

Presenting will be John Butler. John is a software engineer with 20 years experience. He has been doing Java development for the last 10 years focusing on business logic development and REST APIs.
