In this class, we are exploring the mind/body connections. By the end of this 8 week course you will:
* Understand how your beliefs and attitudes affect your health using examples from your own life;
* Understand how to view situations from a more objective perspective for learning;
* Understand how to develop mental relaxation through understanding concentration and the power of the breath;
* Be able to identify ways to set change into motion regarding your health;
* Understand the benefit stress provides as an indicator of a need to be fulfilled;
* Understand the mental and emotional attributes of health and their effects on the body's health; and
* See the body as a teacher reflecting your negative thoughts outwardly in dis-harmony and dis-ease in the physical body;

Class meets once a week on Tuesday nights starting on October 21st. $20 per class.
