Sound Bath

Ground into Love this Valentine's Day with a rejuvenating sound bath featuring chants, vocals, and singing bowls with "Divine Love" frequencies. This event is perfect for couples, friends, or individuals. Love manifest in all ways.

Doesn't matter what's happening "out there" when we can manage what's "in here". Learning to relax and ground is essential. Join us for a fun practice. You can sit in a chair or bring a yoga mat and soak up healing sound waves.

There will be singing bowls, chanting, and tuning forks to help your body generate those healthy coherent waves. Information on practices you can do at home will be available.

There will be chocolate for grounding!
