How Did Freemasonry Influence Mormonism?

February's will be conducted by Bro. Loretta Demko in a study of Freemasonry, discusses the topic: "How Did Freemasonry Influence Mormonism?"

Synopsis:
After a brief discussion of the structure of the Mormon Church, this discussion will cover a history of Joseph Smith and his possible interactions with Freemasonry and how the Mormon Church structure coincides with Universal Co-Masonry. Other topics include the Endowment Ceremony, the Initiatory Ceremony, Instructions, Covenants, and Examination. Some of the Articles or Landmarks will also be included.
