Wednesday Evening Walk and Social

Hello fellow walkers. Until summer returns, we will be meeting at 5 p.m. This will allow us to meet up and get organized for the walk before darkness sets in. Bring a flashlight or other light source to light the way and alert bikers speeding along the trail. Meet me at the Martin Luther King (MLK) parking lot off of Stadium Blvd, between West Blvd and the university golf course. The walks last approximately one hour as we walk out to Twin Lakes and back for a total of four miles. The trail has a gravel surface, so wear appropriate footwear. If the weather is too bad for walking, I will send out a cancellation notice. After the walk, if anyone wants to socialize more, we can go out for dinner, drinks, ice cream or snacks and discuss suggestions for upcoming group activities. Hope you can join us!
