Information Sharing Environments 101

Eduardo Sobrino of Open Knowledge will provide an introduction to Information Service Environments (ISE). ISE's are required by many enterprises for the exchange of information that is used to make critical business decisions. In some extreme cases, these decisions could mean life or death. Eduardo will help the group understand the issues and complexities of sharing information through the examples of "Public Safety" and "Criminal Justice". Some portions of this presentation will be hands on, so feel free to bring a laptop.
